Synopsis

Un suspect arrêté pour meurtre échappe à la garde à vue après des mois d'attente de comparution. Alors qu'une prise d'otage éclate, Shaw doit réexaminer sa conduite en tant qu'officier qui a procédé à l'arrestation. Price remet en question sa foi dans le système judiciaire.
