Synopsis

Lorsqu'un patron de magasin local est fusillé dans sa boutique, l'affaire prend une tournure personnelle pour Atwater qui a patrouillé dans ce quartier lorsqu'il était jeune flic. La députée superintendante Samantha Miller a une demande spéciale pour Voight à propos d'Andre Cooper.
